Favourite iPad app - Covet

It's playing barbies but for grown ups, Covet fashion is the app for all the wannabe fashion stylists out there. This has become an addiction for me and it's slowly spiralling out of control ( a bit like the whole candy crush addiction thing that went down), but I can't seem to stop and find myself late at night creating outfits.

The aim of the game is to make outfits for different events and boost your style score and get a massssive closer full of designer brands.
On your home page you can set it to your home town, your county, country or world to see who has the top closet values and top style scores either in the area around you or your country or around the world. You can also click on these people's profiles to see the outfits they have created and their crazy huge wardrobes.
So, there is a section called enter events, where you use tickets to enter and you can create different outfits and looks that you think would fit perfectly for that particular event. These are limited time events that last a couple of days and you need 25 tickets to enter.
Then there are the jet set events where you unlock different locations with three different events within where you create an outfit specific to that location and get a higher jet set score to open the new locations.

To enter these events you need tickets and you earn tickets by voting on other users looks. You decide which one is best out of the two and you get two tickets for each section you vote on and this is how you earn the style score by others voting for your look being the best.
With the money you earn from entering events, you can go shopping for more pieces to use for your looks to make sure you create the best outfits and get the look just right for the highest style score.

When creating your look, you are given a model and all the different categories for the different types of clothing and accessories that you have bought and are in your closet.
You can also select your models skin tone, so you can either model it after yourself or for when certain events call for certain skin tones (e.g. There was a vampire themed one so I chose the lightest skin tone to create a deathly look).
There are also different make up styles so again you can choose the most fitting one for the occasion you are styling for.
Again there are different hair styles and hair colours to change up your looks. You can also unlock different make up and hair styles when your closet grows , so the higher your closet worth the more looks you can unlock and achieve and get the higher score.

So what are you waiting for! Get on the covet hype! Create looks based on yourself or go way out there and create something inspirational that others will love and envy.
